The ‘verb’ of English language detects the action for different mode of sentences. Based on time such as ‘past’ future’ or ‘present’, there are twelve mode of observations for 12 sentences. In this paper the mathematical formulation of 12 tenses of English language is done with respect to the verbs ‘observe’ and ‘measure’ for some physical variables such as Length, Time duration, velocity and Energy relation. It is found remarkable that the relation of variable for a particular function, such as for ‘mass-energy relation’ changes with tenses of observation. Thus, the particular function, say for ‘E=mc2’ is generalized by twelve sets of mathematics for 12 modes of verbs.

The English Language Tenses are associated with description of an event for different mode of time. For mathematical model, two parameters are considered. One is system parameter evolved since Big-Bang called ‘system’ and another is observer’s own parameters called ‘Bio-Frame’. Thus, there will be the roll of source and observer for each sentence. Accordingly, each tense is assigned with single or multiple Doppler Equations for arriving the mathematical equation for each tense. The time associated with Big-Bang disturbance wave is assigned as system time and corresponding frequency as system wave character.

For the consideration of time with observation, the simple mathematical model may be an Observer on board and a Source point of events. Then, it will be easy to apply Doppler Equations based on the actions of observer and source. Now an observer came to exist after considerable lapse of time in ‘future’ after the Big-Bang, the source, and regarded as ‘PAST’ for the observer.

Now consider a bio frame (observer) with wave character ‘N’ (frequency) and ‘λ’ (wave length) at ‘rest’. The inertia frame on which bio frame exists moves with velocity ‘v’. So, when an observer moves towards future it will move away from the origin of the universe and will receive less system frequency compared to when Observer’s Frame was at rest (v=0).
